4. Scope of Service

We offer online services which include the ‘Interactive Greeting Card Generation’. This is a state of the art digital method through which customers have the option to make an audio or video and our platform will convert it to a QR Coded greeting card of the customer’s choice and send the greeting cards physically anywhere in the world. Not only will the receiver get the greeting card but also an interactive message in audio or video form sent by the sender.

We offer a refund on a limited basis. Please read our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all the services purchased through our website. We deliver greeting cards all over the world. We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer while creating the greeting card.

6.1 Shipping Cost

The shipping cost shall be calculated automatically based on the location of the receiver.

6.2 Order Processing Time

The order processing time is based on estimation. However, normally all orders are delivered on time.

6.3 Shipping Services

We use reliable postal and courier services as our shipping partners.

6.4 Possible Delays In the Shipping Process

Deliveries that are delayed due to weather conditions, global events, lockdowns, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond GiftLips’ control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.

Apart from the third parties images, links and stock images including brand images of the linked and affiliated products and the official logos of third-party service providers, all content on GiftLips’ platform including intellectual property such as the graphics, images, source code, logos, texts, words, designs, videos, layout, materials and information related to GiftLips, databases, and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through our website is the property (through IP laws or licenses) of GiftLips and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. All the third-party services and links available through our Platform are only for the purpose of providing our services and such services, listings and links are protected under the laws of the third-party services partners.

9. Conduct and Authoruty of our Website

The owners have the right to refuse or remove any user’s account and subscription, in their reasonable opinion, that violates any of the terms or any policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable. The owners at their own discretion terminate or deny access to and use of the services to any individual or entity for any reason. Breach of any of the rules described in these terms or any specific agreement on and through our website will result in an immediate ban without any warning.

Please note that through our platform all users have the authorization to upload, create and modify content on our website however, all the services are being provided as ‘independent facilitators’ and “as is” by GiftLips. All users and clients of GiftLips are responsible for all the content they create from or through our website and the owner, CEO and staff members of GiftLips hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither we nor our known associates make any warranty that the website or our software will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.    Users must only use GiftLips for its intended purpose. Users must not use GiftLips for any unlawful purpose.

2. Inappropriate Content

   Users must not use GiftLips to transmit, distribute or store content: (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export or encryption laws or regulations; (b) that may adversely affect the GiftLips site or other GiftLips customers; or (c) that may expose GiftLips to criminal or civil liability. Users must not use the GiftLips Site to transmit, distribute or store material that is inappropriate, as reasonably determined by GiftLips, or material that is obscene (including child pornography), defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), or otherwise objectionable. To be absolutely clear, Users must not store (either permanently or temporarily), process or transmit through GiftLips pornographic content of any kind. If Users become aware of any such use by anyone, you agree to notify GiftLips.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or controversies related to GiftLips’ services and any of the affiliated entities and the successor of all such entities, including any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or otherwise in connection with our website will be resolved as follows as per Dispute Resolution (ADR) system of the legal process of Singapore.

14. Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction

Any claims, issues and legal problems of any sort that might arise between you and GiftLips are governed by the laws of Singapore and the jurisdictional limits of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes hereunder.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the owners, staff, or affiliates be liable concerning any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for anything that a member might do, write or say on the software or website. We are not responsible for third parties that may cause damage to you or the person who is going to receive the greeting card(s).
